Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to schedule someone else for this time slot. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $30 fee. Appointments that are missed entirely with no notice will be charged in full. Many of our clients who can't make their appointment unexpectedly will send a friend or family member in their place.

Frequent Cancellations
Clients who develop a pattern of habitual cancellations/rescheduled appointments will be dismissed from our practice.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and eGifts must be presented at the time of service. Cancellation policies still apply to clients with gift certificates.
